Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?

Both plans give you full access to all features. The Annual plan saves you 10% (£24/year) compared to paying monthly.

What payment methods do you accept?

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Racing Form Pro, including our website at www.racingformpro.co.uk and the Racing Form Pro Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Racing Form Pro is a subscription-based Chrome extension that displays horse racing form data on BHA Racing Administration pages. The Service retrieves data from third-party racing data providers and presents it as an overlay within compatible websites. Racing Form Pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account. Each subscription is licensed for use by a single individual.

4. Subscription and Payment

Racing Form Pro is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:

Monthly — £20/month, billed monthly
Annual — £216/year, billed annually (saving £24 compared to monthly)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or any part of the Service
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service beyond normal extension usage
Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these terms.

6. Data and Accuracy

Racing Form Pro retrieves horse racing data from third-party providers. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data displayed through the Service. The data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any betting, training, or business decisions. You use the data at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Racing Form Pro extension, website, branding, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Racing Form Pro. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racing Form Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.
