Racing Form Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates the Racing Form Pro Chrome extension and the website at www.racingformpro.co.uk. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. This is used solely for authentication purposes and to manage your subscription.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. Stripe may provide us with limited information such as the last four digits of your card and your billing address for record-keeping purposes.

Extension Usage

The extension sends requests to our server to retrieve horse racing form data when you click on a horse name on BHA Racing Administration pages. These requests include the horse name being queried and your authentication token. We do not track which pages you visit, your browsing history, or any activity outside of BHA admin pages.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and verify your subscription status
• To retrieve and deliver horse racing form data to the extension
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account or service updates

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security with row-level security policies and encrypted data at rest. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API and are never transmitted to any third party. All data transmission between the extension and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers who are necessary to operate our service:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• The Racing API — Horse racing data provider

6. Chrome Extension Permissions

The Racing Form Pro extension requests the following permissions:

• storage — To store your authentication session locally so you remain signed in between browser sessions.
• activeTab — To detect horse names on the currently active BHA admin page and display form data overlays.
• Host access to www2.racingadmin.co.uk — To inject the content script that detects horse names and displays form data on BHA Racing Administration pages.
• Host access to www.racingformpro.co.uk — To communicate with our API server to retrieve horse form data and verify your subscription status.

The extension does not access any other websites or collect any browsing data outside of the above.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Payment records may be retained as required by law for accounting purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time
